Privacy Statement

Full Throttle Tool Company, operated by Vantage Marketing Group Inc. ("Full Throttle Tool Company," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect through FullThrottleToolCompany.com, how we use and disclose it, the tracking technologies used on the Site, and the choices available to visitors and customers.

This Site is operated for customers in the United States. We nevertheless use regional privacy controls for visitors from other countries as described below.

Effective date: September 30, 2026.

Information Collected

We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, order information, account information, communications with customer service, and information you voluntarily provide when you sign up for email or text-message updates. Payment information may be collected or processed by payment processors used to complete a transaction.

When you visit the Site, we and service providers may automatically receive technical and usage information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page or website, pages viewed, links or advertisements selected, approximate country, timestamps, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies. Depending on the technology and your privacy settings, these identifiers may be used to recognize a browser or device over time.

We use a locally stored country-level IP geolocation database to determine which regional privacy settings should be applied. This lookup is used to classify the visitor's country and is not used by us to determine a street address or precise location. The country lookup itself is not stored in a separate consent database.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for business analysis, reporting, and improvement of our services. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect our rights or the rights of others, investigate fraud or security issues, or complete a corporate transaction.

You may opt-out and remove your SMS information by sending “STOP”, “END”, “QUIT” to the SMS text message you have received. Cookies, Tracking Technologies & Privacy Choices

Cookies are small files or identifiers stored by a browser. We may also use pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. Some technologies are necessary for basic site functions or to remember your privacy selection. Other technologies are used for analytics, advertising measurement, remarketing, and related purposes.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage certain analytics and advertising technologies. Depending on our current advertising and analytics configuration, technologies managed through Google Tag Manager may include Google Analytics, Google advertising or conversion measurement services, Meta Pixel, and similar services. These providers may receive information such as IP address, browser or device information, cookie or device identifiers, page URLs, referral information, interactions, and conversion events, subject to your privacy settings and the provider's own terms and privacy practices.

United States visitors: unless you have previously opted out or your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, analytics and advertising tracking are allowed by default. A site-wide cookie banner is not displayed by default to U.S. visitors. You can change your choices at any time using Privacy Choices.

Canadian visitors: analytics and advertising tracking are allowed by default, and the Site displays a privacy notice with a clear way to opt out or manage preferences.

Visitors outside the United States and Canada, and visitors whose country cannot be determined: non-essential analytics and advertising tracking are disabled by default and are not enabled unless the visitor affirmatively chooses to allow them. This conservative setting includes visitors from the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): Full Throttle Tool Company voluntarily honors a browser Global Privacy Control signal. When a GPC signal is detected, non-essential analytics and advertising tracking are disabled regardless of the Site's normal regional default or a previously saved preference.

Your selections are stored in a first-party preference cookie in your browser so the Site can remember them on later pages and visits. We do not maintain a separate server-side database of individual cookie-consent selections. The preference cookie is currently configured to last for up to one year unless you delete it or your browser removes it sooner.

Manage your choices: Open Privacy Choices. You may separately allow or disable Analytics and Advertising / Marketing tracking. Necessary technologies remain available because they are required for basic operation and for remembering your privacy preference.

You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website features. Additional advertising choices may be available through Google's My Ad Center, the Digital Advertising Alliance, and the Network Advertising Initiative.

Browser tracking signals: we honor Global Privacy Control as described above. Because the older "Do Not Track" browser signal has not developed into a uniform technical standard, we do not separately respond to DNT signals that are not GPC or another privacy mechanism we expressly support.

This product includes GeoLite Data created by MaxMind, available from MaxMind.
